No puedes tener dos sistemas de arranque diferentes al mismo tiempo, aunque puedes usarlos alternativamente. Lo que te recomiendo es que intentes instalar primero en el HDD el postfix, tal como te he dicho, y luego el OMV. Si ves que no funciona puedes hacerlo en la SD.

Lo instale como dijistes y luego intente instalar el OMV, pero sigue el mismo error. Te pego todo para ver si ves algo que yo no veo:
